No, the registration on the Platform is free of charge.

There are no restrictions on surfing through the product options we have in store for the User. However, if the User (s) is/are looking to shop from us, then a prior registration is required. It is only then that the User will be able place orders and checkout. Additionally, a registered member needs to be logged in at the time of filling their virtual cart. If not, then they will be mechanically prompted to do so.

The User can associate their E-mail address and Contact number to one account only.

No, the user cannot change the delivery address after the order is been placed. If the user wishes to cancel the order please contact our Customer Support team.

No. Standard delivery time is picked up automatically by the system.

Once the order is placed by the user; the same will not be able to make changes in your order. If the user wishes to cancel the order please contact our Customer Support team.

When the User has successfully placed an order, the User will see an order confirmation page. The user can also check by going to My Account > Dashboard > My Orders to see the order details.

When a product from the order is unavailable, the user will receive a Call/E-mail from our Customer Care.

We try to ensure availability of all products on our platform. However due to unforeseen issues as explained previously, there is a possibility that we may not be able to supply a product after it was ordered by the user. Our customer care team will Call/E-mail to inform the user about the products that cannot be delivered.

The user can find out if we can deliver to the user’s area by logging in to the account and typing in the locality in the Location/Area tab.

The Users may kindly note that the platform is currently based for Ahmedabad location only. We reserve our right to cancel such orders where the delivery is not possible.

If the User thinks that they won’t be available to receive the order, please call our customer care and let us know, we will do our best to redeliver the order. If the User fails to call us within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt, we reserve our right to cancel such orders.

 Once the order is been placed, shipping address can't be changed.

We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If the User likes us to deliver to multiple addresses, split up the purchases and send them as separate orders to different addresses. The user can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.

Yes, another person can receive the order on behalf of the User at the address.

Currently we donot cater for Fruits & vegetables but in near future we will come up with an option.

In case of delay, our customer support team will keep the User updated about the delivery.

We have a 'No questions asked return/refund policy' which entitles our entire customer to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Products should be returned in the original condition the User had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

(i) Returns will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale (ii) Damages due to mishandling of product; (iii) Products with tampered or missing labels;

Exchanged/refund will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale.

All products returned should be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.

Refund will be credited in your Cash wallet.

While our endeavor is to be flexible, In case any dispute/ grievance, the User may contract from redressal grievance team and we will try resolve at our best effort. Incase of unfortunate, unavoidable circumstances the User is unsatisfied from the response from our redressal grievance team any dispute shall be subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.

No exchange option is available.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-7 days after we receive the items in your Cash Wallet.

'My Account' enables the User to view the Order History from the Dashboard, update the profile details, add products in the wishlist to the cart as well as Change your password.

To change the password:

Sign in to your account > My Account > Profile > Change password > Enter Current, New password and Confirm password > Click on Submit button

To change the registered mobile number, the user must contact our customer care team. Our Customer Care will change the registered number on your behalf and the same will reflect on your account within two working days.

You can pay for your orders using the following modes of payment.

a) Card on delivery

b) Cash Wallet for payment usage can be topped up using Credit Card, Debit card, NEFT and other UPI form of payments.

All the products listed on the website will be sold at Indian Rupees either at MRP (Inclusive of all taxes) or at an Offer/Discounted price with taxes, unless and otherwise specified.

There could be differences in ordered prices & the final invoice amount. Please pay as per the final invoice handed over to you at the time of delivery.
